Manly West Staff Wiki!!! Welcome Staff to your very own wiki!
I have designed this space as a tool for us to share valuable information you think others would benefit from knowing.
It is a space where you can post links to educational websites on specific subjects, tell us of interactive lessons you might know of and share all of your expertise with us.
It is also designed for you to learn how to use a wiki. Wikis are a great use of technology within the classroom and if you can build up your confidence with using our very own teacher wiki, you might even attempt it in your classroom! HOW TO USE A WIKI:
Once you have gained access to the wiki all you have to do is use the 'Edit this page' button at the top left hand side. Once you have clicked this button just find the cursor and type your information in just like a word document.
Then, once you have finished what you are typing, click the SAVE button in the top right hand corner of the tool bar. Once you have saved your information it is now added to the wiki for everyone to see.
Please feel free to ask me any questions on how to use this wiki. I think it will be a great way of sharing ideas and websites around the school and a way for teachers to to become more savvy with the use of technology.

This is great. It looks good and it is the perfect way to share the quality websites. Have you shared this yet? It looks good to me and I think it is something that the staff will enjoy using. It will encourage them to go into the portal too.

Dream Machine - Simile: This is a great website to do as a whole class activity. You are choosing similes to describe the childrens Dream Machine.
